Job Overview
House of EdTech is looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. As a BDA, you will be responsible for connecting with potential learners, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them toward the right courses. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the drive to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage with prospective customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential learners.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up with interested candidates and address their queries effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Customer Engagement (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work from the office in a fast-paced environment.
