We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling inquiries, and promoting our products to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
- Explain product features and benefits to customers
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Manage billing and cash handling (if required)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area
- Keep records of sales and customer interactions
- Report stock levels and customer feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing and handling cash preferred.
- Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.
