Job Purpose:
The Diamond 360° Photography Executive is responsible for capturing, analysing, and managing high-quality images of diamonds throughout the manufacturing process. The role involves operating advanced imaging systems, evaluating diamond characteristics, maintaining accurate digital records, and supporting production, quality assurance, grading, and customer presentation through precise visual documentation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Capture high-resolution images of rough, polished, and finished diamonds.
- Operate specialized imaging equipment, cameras, microscopes, and lighting systems with precision.
- Analyse diamond images to identify inclusions, surface defects, polish quality, symmetry, and other visual characteristics.
- Ensure accurate color reproduction and image consistency in accordance with company quality standards.
- Process, enhance, and optimize images using professional image-editing software.
- Maintain digital image databases for traceability, documentation, and production records.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of photography and imaging equipment.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, Grading, and Sales teams to provide imaging support.
- Prepare imaging reports and technical observations for quality evaluation and process improvement.
- Ensure confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualification
- Candidates with a degree or diploma in Photography, Digital Imaging, or Visual Communication along with AI and image processing knowledge may also be considered.
- 2–3 years of experience in image processing, photography, AI, computer vision, or digital imaging.
