Recruiter – Interior & Construction
Role:
Recruiter will handle end-to-end hiring for Interior & Construction projects, including site & HO positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring for Engineers, Site Supervisors, Designers, Draftsmen & Labour
- Site-based recruitment
- Job portals, consultants, references & contractor coordination
- Walk-in interviews & site interview scheduling
- Offer rollout, joining & recruitment tracker maintenance
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience in Interior/Construction
- Strong site hiring & bulk recruitment exposure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,716.19 - ₹30,890.31 per month
