- Installation and commissioning of Laser Marking, Laser Cutting, Laser Welding, and CO2 Laser Machines at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software-related machine issues.
- Provide machine demonstrations and operator training to customers.
- Handle preventive maintenance and breakdown service visits.
- Support customers through phone, video call, and on-site service.
- Maintain service reports and visit documentation.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales team for customer support.
- Travel anywhere in India for machine installation and service support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service and professional communication.
- Maintain tools, spare parts, and service records properly.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
