About the Role
Bringletech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator who can develop engaging content that strengthens our brand presence across social media platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, storytelling, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and creative content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Develop concepts and scripts for Reels, short-form videos, carousels, stories, posts, and campaigns.
- Research trending topics, formats, hashtags, sounds, and social media trends.
- Write creative captions, hooks, headlines, and video scripts.
- Plan and execute a consistent social media content calendar.
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, and video teams to produce high-quality content.
- Participate in photoshoots, video shoots, and on-camera content when required.
- Repurpose blogs, articles, company updates, and long-form content into social media formats.
- Monitor competitors and identify new content opportunities.
- Track content performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Continuously experiment with new content ideas to improve engagement and brand visibility.
- Maintain consistency in the company's brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Good understanding of current social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar software is preferred.
- Comfortable with creating or participating in video content.
- Good research and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio of social media work, personal projects, or sample content will be an advantage.
