About the Role
Rustorange is looking for a creative and proactive Communication Designer / Social Media Specialist with strong skills in content creation, short-form videos, and graphic design.

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and execute short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms
- Design graphics, layouts, and visual assets for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams for consistent brand communication
- Assist in campaign planning, product launches, and content strategy
- Analyze content performance and optimize engagement
- Support shoot direction, styling, and visual storytelling
- Stay updated with social media trends, design trends, and content formats
- Maintain digital assets and organized content libraries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Visual Design, Media Arts, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and short-form video creation
- Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and visual design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools like Canva, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro
- Good understanding of social media content strategy and digital trends
- Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, color, and layout
Preferred Profile
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands preferred
- Passion for storytelling, fashion, and digital content creation
- Creative thinker with strong communication and collaboration skills
