Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Field Relationship Officer to expand and manage relationships with small apparel, footwear, and home décor retailers. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding retailers, driving product adoption, and supporting business growth within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard small retail stores in the assigned area.
- Build strong relationships with retailers and generate business opportunities.
- Promote marketplace and financial service offerings.
- Drive monthly sales targets and business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and servicing.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in retail sales, field sales, or relationship management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Own bike, driving license, and smartphone mandatory.
- Good understanding of local market and language.

Pay: ₹24,733.98 - ₹35,430.91 per month
