Job Summary:
The QC Auditor is responsible for ensuring quality compliance, inventory accuracy, and process adherence within the dark store. The role involves auditing picking, packing, storage, and dispatch processes to ensure error-free order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced quick commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily quality audits of picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Verify product quality, expiry dates, batch accuracy, and packaging standards.
- Ensure correct SKU, quantity, and labeling before order dispatch.
- Monitor and reduce order errors, damages, and returns.
- Perform random audits on inventory and ensure stock accuracy.
- Identify process gaps and recommend corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Maintain audit reports, error logs, and share insights with management.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to improve productivity and quality metrics.
- Track KPIs such as
- order accuracy %, damage %, return %, and audit compliance score.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Good knowledge of DARK STORE (inbound, picking, packing, dispatch)
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems
- Analytical skills for identifying errors and trends
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced quick commerce environment
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in store QC / audit / operations (E-commerce or Quick Commerce preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WMS tools)

Work Conditions:
- Rotational shifts (including night shifts)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
