Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-ground sales activities, client acquisition, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers to promote and sell medical equipment and diagnostic products.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities through direct field visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital staff, and decision-makers.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales service.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical, or related field (MBA/BBA preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (medical equipment preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
Good understanding of the healthcare industry and client handling.
