Job Summary
We are looking for an Telecaller to handle student inquiries, guide candidates about courses, and support the admission process. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude toward student interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Call prospective students and explain institute courses and programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Follow up with interested candidates for admissions.
Maintain student inquiry records in Excel/CRM.
Provide course details, fees, schedules, and admission procedures.
Coordinate with the counseling and admission team.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and admission targets.
Resolve basic student queries politely and effectively.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confidence in speaking over phone calls.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
Good convincing and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and teamwork ability.
Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Experience in telecalling, counseling, or customer service is an advantage.
Working Hours : 9 hours
