Qualification : ITI - Tool and Die
Experience : 3-6 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Experience CNC operator/ Tool and Die Maker.
- Basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Ability to use precision measurement tools.
- Knowledge of hexa (Blade, Clamp, Motor, Coolant System, Vice, Rocker Arm, Base, V belt, Pulley, Lever), Rough Milling (Motor, Head, Work table, Base, Longitudinal traverse Hand Wheel, Cross Feed Handle i.e. Cross traverse hand wheel, Vertical Movement Crank, Spindle, X,Y,Z axis ) and Grinding (Cross slide, Wheel Guard, Vertical Wheel Hand wheel, Worktable) Machine Parts.
- Knowledge of Materials (En31, HDS, HCHCR, Copper)
- Knowledge of CNC (BFW & Hurco) Machine Parts (Bed, Spindle, Work table, Base, Tool Changer, Control Panel , Coolant system, Emergency Stop Button, Limit Switch, Ball Screws and Guideways, Coolant Pump Machine, Work light).
- Can calculate requirements, using basic math, geometry
- Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management
- Maintain a safe and clean work space
- Follow established safety rules and regulations
Skills Required :
- In-depth knowledge of machine tools and their uses.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design schematics.
- Experience with metalworking tools including drills, milling machines, grinders, and lathes.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills.
