Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of software components through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of software design and development processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Candidate should have a good understanding on how to develop single page applications on Java script (React, Node JS and NPM).
- Should be able to develop and debug features with a simple user experience and work alongside a backend developer to integrate end to end solutions.
- They should also possess a good understanding of UX design patterns.
