nnovia Edge Global Technologies is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support our growing workforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data accurately.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Organize employee engagement activities and performance review processes.
- Draft HR policies, employment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Collaborate with management to build a positive and productive work culture.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.
- Good knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
Pay: ₹10,856.31 - ₹33,182.99 per month
