Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales function for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Build, manage, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
- Develop and manage channel partners, brokers, and direct sales networks.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead conversion, and sales closures.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, finance, and project teams for seamless sales operations.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, budgets, and business presentations.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
- 12+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, redevelopment, and SRA projects.
- Strong knowledge of RERA, channel partner management, CRM, and sales planning.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
Pay: ₹24,340.46 - ₹95,649.72 per month
