We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive who is willing to travel extensively to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions
- Travel to different locations to meet potential and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Present company products/services effectively to clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on field activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of services
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (freshers with strong skills can apply)
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Valid driving license (preferred) and two wheeler Must
