Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory records with accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials and spare parts.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams for stock movement.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory verification.
- Track inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of inventory.
- Maintain inventory in ERP/Excel and generate MIS reports.
- Follow inventory control procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Inventory Management or Warehouse Operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software/ERP.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
