Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-groomed, enthusiastic, and fashion-savvy Store Sales Executive to join our garment retail store. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, help customers choose the right apparel, and contribute to meeting sales targets. This role requires a passion for fashion, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Job Location: The primary job location will be our Borivali Store. However, candidates should be flexible and willing to work at our Oshiwara or Bandra stores on a temporary basis as per business requirements, operational needs, training requirements, or staffing arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer preferences and assist them in selecting garments that suit their style and needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, fits, and sizes.
- Suggest mix-and-match combinations, new arrivals, and promotional items to increase sales.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals through upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, displayed, and arranged according to store guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and participate in stock counts.
- Operate the POS system efficiently and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints or queries professionally or escalate them to management as required.
- Keep fitting rooms, display shelves, and the entire store neat and organized.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in garment or fashion retail sales preferred.
- Strong interest in fashion, styling, and customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
