Industry: Steel Industry
Location: Tilda, Chhattisgarh
Vacancies: 4 Positions
Qualification: Diploma / PG Diploma in Industrial Safety or any relevant qualification
Experience: 2–4 Years
Compensation: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company safety policies.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and identify potential workplace hazards.
- Monitor and enforce the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Conduct safety induction programs, toolbox talks, and employee awareness sessions.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive action recommendations.
- Maintain safety records, statutory documentation, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, mock drills, and internal/external safety audits.
- Foster a proactive safety culture by promoting safe work practices across the organization.
