- Design Presentation pitching: Present 2D layouts, mood boards, and 3D renderings to families, translating technical design terms into everyday benefits.
- Budgeting & Closure: Create itemised quotes and closure proposals, manage payment schedules, and convert consultations into signed design contracts.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Design Alignment: Hand over exact client requirements, site measurements, and budget constraints to the internal design team.
- Project Handover: Coordinate with project managers to ensure design promises match the final execution on-site
