Job Title: HR ManagerJob Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will play a key role in recruiting, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, training and development, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will align HR strategies with business objectives while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
- Administer performance management and employee appraisal systems.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage compensation, benefits, leave, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Support organizational development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management.
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing and organizational needs.
- Manage exit processes, including exit interviews and final documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree or MBA in HR is preferred.
- 3–8 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
