Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented person who can manage end-to-end logistics operations. The role includes confirming orders, booking shipments, tracking deliveries, coordinating with courier partners, and resolving shipment issues across website, B2B, and marketplace orders.
Key Responsibilities
Order Confirmation
Call customers to confirm website orders.
Verify address, product details, and delivery timeline to reduce fake or incorrect orders before dispatch.
Shipment Booking
Book shipments using Shiprocket, Logistos, and other platforms.
Process B2C, B2B, Blinkit, and Instamart orders.
Ensure timely dispatch of confirmed orders.
Shipment Tracking
Track shipments from dispatch to delivery.
Monitor delayed, stuck, or missing parcels.
Follow up with courier partners until resolution.
NDR & RTO Handling
Handle failed delivery cases (NDR).
Contact customers for reattempt instructions.
Track and manage return-to-origin (RTO) shipments.
Courier Coordination
Communicate with courier companies for pickup, delay, or delivery issues.
Escalate lost or damaged shipments.
Support claim processing when required.
Marketplace Shipment Handling
Manage Blinkit and Instamart shipment bookings.
Track dispatch and delivery performance.
Coordinate with internal team if issues occur.
Documentation & Records
Maintain shipment records, POD, invoices, and dispatch data.
Keep track of delivered, pending, returned, and cancelled shipments.
Maintain proper documentation for courier claims.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily shipment status reports.
Maintain trackers for pending and delayed orders.
Share updates with internal teams.
Process Improvement
Identify frequent delivery issues.
Suggest better courier options for faster delivery.
Help improve delivery success rate.
Requirements
1–5 years experience in logistics or e-commerce operations preferred
Experience using Shiprocket or similar platforms
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability
Attention to detail and ownership mindset

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
