About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate WordPress Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, with a strong understanding of front-end technologies and website performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites and web applications.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and functional websites.
- Optimize website performance, speed, and security.
- Troubleshoot website issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Integrate third-party APIs, tools, and plugins as needed.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and compatible across browsers.
- Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform regular website updates, backups, and maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in WordPress development.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, theme development, and plugin customization.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP.
- Experience with page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
- Understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Familiarity with MySQL databases and website hosting environments.
- Knowledge of website speed optimization and SEO best practices.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with WooCommerce development and customization.
- Knowledge of custom post types, custom fields, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with website migration and server management.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
