- Make outbound telecalling to potential customers and generate walk-ins to showroom branches.
- Promote company products, offers, finance schemes, and services effectively through professional communication.
- Follow company-approved sales strategies and maintain the values and standards of Malieakal.
- Build strong customer relationships through polite and customer-focused interactions.
- Convince and motivate customers to visit the showroom for product demonstrations and purchase opportunities.
- Maintain daily call records, customer follow-ups, and walk-in conversion reports.
- Coordinate with showroom sales teams regarding customer appointments and enquiries.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly walk-in and conversion targets assigned by management.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide accurate information about products, finance options, and ongoing promotions.
- Support marketing and sales campaigns through active customer engagement.
- Ensure positive customer experience and uphold the brand image of Malieakal.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Telecalling or customer handling experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills preferred.
- Ability to work with targets and performance tracking.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and strong follow-up skills.
- Candidates with experience in electronics and home appliances industry will have added advantage.
