Fidvia is partnering with a fast-growing healthcare product company based out of Hyderabad, focused on AI-powered remote patient monitoring and clinical insights.
The company has a growing presence across India and international markets including Singapore, and is building cutting-edge solutions in the cardiac and remote monitoring space.
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Lead to drive hospital partnerships and enterprise sales for advanced remote cardiac monitoring and arrhythmia diagnostic solutions across the South region.
The person will be based out of Bangalore and will be responsible for managing enterprise sales across South India while closely working with Business Development Managers across multiple regions.
This role requires a strong hunter mindset with proven experience in hospital enterprise sales, strategic account acquisition, and CXO-level stakeholder management within healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, or healthtech organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and exceed revenue targets for the South region through aggressive new business acquisition
- Hunt and close enterprise deals with hospitals, cardiac centers, diagnostic chains, and healthcare networks
- Drive complete end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting to closure with full ownership of numbers
- Engage with hospital leadership, CXOs, cardiologists, and clinical stakeholders to drive faster decision-making and partnerships
- Build and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline with high conversion efficiency
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, pricing, and partnership closures
- Expand regional market presence by onboarding strategic hospital accounts and enterprise partners
- Work closely with BDMs and internal cross-functional teams across regions to drive growth and execution
- Develop long-term relationships with key healthcare stakeholders across South India

Requirements
- 5–10 years of enterprise/B2B sales experience with a strong hunter profile
- Proven track record in new business acquisition and enterprise deal closures
- Strong exposure to hospital sales, healthcare enterprise sales, medical devices, diagnostics, or healthtech solutions
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage CXO-level stakeholders
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and territory expansion capabilities
- Experience in handling regional sales responsibilities across multiple states in South India is highly preferred

Pay: ₹1,715,320.21 - ₹2,012,354.00 per year
