Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
Build and maintain client databases.
Schedule meetings for the Business Development Manager.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain CRM.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare daily lead generation reports.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Confident in cold calling and client interaction.
Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.
Experience in Recruitment, BPO Sales, or Tele calling is preferred.
