An Office Administrator ensures the smooth daily operations of a workplace by managing clerical duties, organizing schedules, coordinating facility maintenance, and serving as the primary point of contact for staff and visitors. - Front Desk Operations: Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Scheduling: Managing calendars, booking meeting rooms, coordinating appointments, and arranging travel logistics.
- Office Management: Tracking inventory, purchasing office supplies and equipment, and overseeing facility maintenance and repairs.
- Financial & Recordkeeping: Assisting with basic bookkeeping, tracking budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining organized digital and physical files.
- Departmental Support: Assisting Human Resources with employee onboarding/offboarding, and aiding leadership with document preparation and reporting
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
