Job Description:
Wadhwani Infotech is hiring Technical Support Executives who are passionate about helping clients and have a basic understanding of software development. This role is ideal for freshers looking to start their career in tech support with hands-on exposure to real-time software environments.
As a Technical Support Executive, your main responsibility will be to assist our clients over calls, chats, or remote sessions regarding the use of our software products. A basic understanding of web development, databases, or mobile apps is a big plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot issues related to our software and provide quick resolutions.
- Guide customers on using various features of our software solutions.
- Coordinate with the development team for complex issues and updates.
- Document client queries, solutions, and follow-ups in the support system.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of software development (HTML, PHP, MySQL, or similar technologies).
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
- Good problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to understand client issues and guide them patiently.
- Fresher candidates with a technical background are highly encouraged to apply.
