We are looking for a skilled Conventional Machine Operator to operate conventional machines such as lathe, milling, drilling, and grinding machines for precision manufacturing work. The candidate should be able to read engineering drawings, perform machining operations, and maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate conventional lathe, milling, drilling, and grinding machines
Read and understand engineering drawings and blueprints
Perform machining operations as per production requirements
Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces accurately
Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Report machine or production issues to supervisors
Requirements
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience in operating conventional machines preferred
Knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments
Basic understanding of machining processes and tooling
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Abilit to work in rotational shifts
Experience
0–5 years preferred
Salary
As per industry standards
Pay: ₹8,514.24 - ₹43,892.68 per month
