Key Responsibilities
- Visit salons, beauty stores, skincare clinics, and retail partners within assigned territories
- Introduce partners to Mari Cosmetics’ product portfolio through samples, brochures, and product demonstrations
- Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and beauty professionals
- Drive product placements and improve brand visibility in the market
- Participate in product activations, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives
- Gather customer feedback and track market trends to support business growth
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with support from the leadership team
- Maintain regular reporting on sales activities and market insights to regional Sales Head & Directors
Who Can Apply?
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, and brand building
- Must be flexible to travel frequently and manage client visits, business development activities, and operational requirements across the designated territory, including nearby districts and cities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati is mandatory (English proficiency is an added advantage)
- Smart, professional, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
