Head of Operations & Maintenance – Renewable Energy

We are looking for a dynamic leader to head our Operations & Maintenance portfolio. In this role, you will ensure all plants perform at their optimal best from a techno-commercial perspective. Your leadership will directly impact energy production, safety standards, and business growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead the O&M team to deliver portfolio performance above budgeted production targets.
- Own the P&L of all projects, managing budgets, contracts, and stakeholder relationships.
- Implement and uphold HSE management systems and safety practices across the entire portfolio.
- Drive overall KPIs covering performance, safety, commercial results, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage O&M contracts, AMCs, warranty obligations, and inventory and asset management.
- Support Business Development and Engineering teams on new projects, including M&A and O&M budgets.
- Lead handover processes from Construction and ensure in-house O&M readiness for new assets.
What You Bring
- Significant experience in operations and maintenance leadership within the renewable energy sector.
- Proven track record managing P&L, budgets, and multi-site portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards, statutory compliance, and management systems.
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills with internal and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with innovative and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Working knowledge of SAP and experience with forecasting and scheduling tools.
- Self-motivated leader with strong industry connections and a collaborative team spirit.
