Position: Maintenance Executive

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day maintenance activities of the restaurant/property.
- Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and other facilities.
- Attend to breakdowns and maintenance complaints promptly.
- Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance work.
- Monitor and maintain maintenance records, checklists, and service reports.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning safely and efficiently.
- Identify potential issues and take corrective action to avoid major breakdowns.
- Monitor maintenance-related inventory, tools, and spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, electrical, and other applicable standards.
- Support emergency repairs and ensure minimum disruption to operations.
- Coordinate with Operations, F&B, Housekeeping, and other departments for maintenance requirements.
- Follow up on pending maintenance jobs and ensure timely closure.
- Assist the Maintenance Manager/Engineering Manager with daily reports and maintenance planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Maintenance/Engineering, preferably in hotels, restaurants, or commercial properties.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and contractors.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
