Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan enquiries.
- Explain loan products clearly and guide customers through the process.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful customers.
- Maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for smooth loan processing.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in handling loan products (Car Loan preferred; candidates with experience in Personal Loan, Home Loan, or Commercial Vehicle Loan can also apply).
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good understanding of loan process and documentation.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
