Spectrum Solar is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to manage the company's digital presence across multiple online platforms and drive qualified lead generation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, online advertising, Google Business Profile management, and e-commerce platforms. The role requires a data-driven professional capable of improving online visibility, customer engagement, and lead conversion through strategic digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and brand growth.
- Manage and maintain the company's presence across digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and other relevant channels.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content aligned with marketing objectives.
- Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other online advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key marketing metrics and conversion data.
- Manage and update company profiles across online directories, business listings, and digital platforms.
- Handle e-commerce and online sales platforms, ensuring accurate product listings, content updates, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and digital campaigns to improve user engagement and lead conversion.
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media business accounts.
- Experience handling Google Business Profile (GMB) and local digital marketing activities.
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, or digital sales channels.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video content coordination.
- Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
