Job Description:
Dyneton is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to manage and support clients using Alibaba.com services. The role focuses on client coordination, query resolution, and ensuring a smooth onboarding and post-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to Alibaba.com products and services
- Provide post-sales support and assist clients with account-related issues
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and maintain strong relationships
- Resolve complaints efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly
- Educate clients on platform usage and basic features
- Ensure renewal support and service continuity
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or client support
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of B2B platforms or digital services is an advantage
- Comfortable working with targets related to service quality and renewals
