We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Packaging Worker to assist with packing, labeling, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack products safely and accurately according to company standards.
- Inspect products for defects, damage, or incorrect quantities before packaging.
- Label and seal packages correctly.
- Prepare finished packages for storage or shipment.
- Operate basic packaging equipment and tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Keep track of packaging materials and report shortages when necessary.
- Meet daily production and packaging targets.
- Work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
Requirements
- Previous experience in packaging, warehouse, factory, or production work is an advantage.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move packages as required.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions
- Fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
- May require standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
- Shift work, overtime, or weekend work may be required depending on business needs.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
