ROLE/TITLE: ARTIVA RM (CRM TOOL) PROGRAMMER (Programmer Analyst II)
FOR A US COLLECTIONS CLIENT/ PROCESS (OFFICE LOCATION: NAVI MUMBAI)
A. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Support, maintain, and advance custom-built customer-facing business systems. This includes existing and new applications. Advancing the business systems involves partnering with stakeholders to analyze business needs, gather and document requirements, design, code, document, validate, and deploy solutions. Partner with other programmers and with third parties as required to deliver solutions. Solutions can be self-contained or integrate with other minor and major system. Lead and manage projects.
B. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, and document requirements. (50%)
- Design, code, document, and validate solutions. (75%)
- Perform acceptance testing and program implementation. (50%)
- Deliver solutions that are consistent with, and conform to established departmental guidelines, policies, and practices as well as industry standards and best practices. (50%)
5. Perform as a project leader from definition to delivery. (50%)
6. Manage human and technology resources to deliver solutions that meet requirements and schedule. (50%)
7. Work independently with department staff and with stakeholders. (50%)
8. Maintain working knowledge of all production applications. (50%)
- Work with customers and vendors to exchange data. (50%)
- Work with customers and vendors to integrate CrossCheck systems and their systems. (50%)
C. MARGINAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Performs other similar or associated duties as necessary to accomplish job objectives in an effective manner as assigned by Management or as responsibilities necessitate.
D. QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
· EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE JOB
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
· 3-5 years’ experience as programmer or programmer/analyst with 2+ years in iSeries environment.
· SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Strong proficiency in iSeries RPGLE (Report Program Generator) and CL (Control Language)
· Solid experience with DB2 for i
· Strong proficiency with development tools such as SEU (Source Entry Utility), PDM (Program Development Manager) and RDi (Rational Developer for i)
· Proficient in iSeries administration, including managing libraries, user profiles, job queues, and system security
· Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
