Responsibilities:
- Source and interview candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Counsel students and guide them through admissions.
- Build talent pipelines and maintain hiring databases.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for HR and talent acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, or Work India.
