Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Introduce and explain Sun Packaging Systems products and services
- Generate leads and identify customer requirements
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication
- Schedule meetings or connect interested customers with the sales team
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide basic information
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead updates and customer follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets
Specific Requirements
- Good communication skills in Telugu and basic Hindi/English
- Strong phone etiquette and customer handling skills
- Confident speaking and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, WhatsApp, data entry)
- Ability to maintain customer records and update lead details
- Good listening and follow-up skills
- Prior telecalling/customer support experience preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work from the office at Y Junction, Moosapet, Hyderabad
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
