Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Assign work to warehouse staff and monitor productivity and performance.
- Ensure inventory is stored accurately and maintained according to company standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Enforce company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and health and safety requirements.
- Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and arrange maintenance when required.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, inventory variances, and customer complaints related to warehouse activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and maintain warehouse records.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
