Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Nursing Superintendent to lead and manage hospital nursing operations, ensure quality patient care, maintain clinical standards, and supervise nursing teams across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise overall nursing services and daily operations
- Ensure high standards of patient care and nursing practices
- Prepare nursing duty rosters and manpower planning
- Monitor nursing documentation and compliance
- Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams
- Implement infection control and patient safety protocols
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
- Support NABH quality initiatives and audits
- Handle patient concerns related to nursing services
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
- Minimum 3–10 years of hospital nursing experience
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
