We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team. The main responsibility will be to speak with prospective customers, explain our courses and training programs, answer their questions and follow up with interested candidates.
This position is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to 1 year of experience. We are looking for someone who is confident while speaking on the phone, communicates well with customers and is willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Make calls to prospective customers and respond to enquiries.
- Explain our courses and training programs to interested candidates.
- Understand customer requirements and provide the right information.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and messages.
- Maintain details of calls, enquiries and follow-ups.
- Build a good relationship with prospective customers.
- Help convert enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve the assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer questions politely and professionally.
- Coordinate with the team for further follow-up.
Requirements
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support or inside sales can apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work towards targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
