Job Responsibilities
Cashier
- Handle customer billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Process cash, card, and digital payments.
- Ensure proper cash balancing at the end of the shift.
- Assist customers with billing queries and returns as per company policy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
Sales Assistant
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide excellent customer service.
- Replenish stock on shelves and maintain product displays.
- Monitor product availability and report stock shortages.
- Ensure shelves and aisles are clean and organized.
- Support promotional activities and achieve department targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
