Job Purpose
To generate potential customer leads through outbound calls, follow up with prospects, schedule meetings/site visits, and support the Sales Team in converting leads into projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company services and solutions to customers.
- Identify interested and potential customers.
- Generate qualified leads for the Sales Team.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
- Schedule customer meetings and site visits.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for further follow-up.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Prepare daily and monthly calling and lead reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
Target & Performance
- Target-based job.
- Responsible for generating and supporting the conversion of minimum 03 projects per month.
- Must achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Regular follow-up with potential customers is mandatory.
- Performance will be evaluated based on calls, qualified leads, meetings, follow-ups, and project conversions.
Required Skills
- Good Gujarati and Hindi communication skills.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Good convincing and communication skills.
- Confident, polite, and professional personality.
- Medium/Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets is preferred.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Preferred Candidate
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be preferred.
- Comfortable making multiple outbound calls every day.
- Willing to work in a target-based environment.
- Should have a strong interest in sales and customer communication.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
