Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer to drive CAE activities across multiple vehicle development programs while mentoring engineering teams and ensuring project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CAE project execution and technical reviews.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders and customers.
- Define simulation methodologies and best practices.
- Ensure quality, schedule, and delivery commitments.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience in automotive CAE.
- Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in structural, crash, durability, or NVH domains.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience working with global automotive OEMs.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
