Namosri Ventures Pvt. Ltd. operates Tiki Farms Resort, a 9-key boutique resort set across 8 acres in Karjat, Raigad, Maharashtra — known for its tropical, peaceful, and personalised hospitality. Mai Kai is the resort's signature multicuisine restaurant, designed to operate as an independent revenue centre serving both resort guests and external diners.
Job purpose
Mai Kai is the signature multicuisine restaurant at Tiki Farms Resort, positioned as an independent revenue centre serving resort guests, walk-in diners, day picnics, corporate groups, and private events. We are hiring an F&B Supervisor to take primary ownership of the restaurant floor — managing daily operations, leading the service team, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the warm, personalised hospitality that defines Tiki Farms.
Key responsibilities
- Own daily restaurant floor operations from opening to closing
- Lead and supervise Captains and Stewards — briefings, duty allocation, grooming, and performance
- Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality food and beverage service
- Handle guest interactions, feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Supervise service during events, weddings, day picnics, corporate group dining, and VIP visits
- Monitor and manage restaurant inventory levels — raise indents for F&B items
- Check stock rotation, expiry dates, and storage standards for all F&B items
- Ensure accurate use of POS and ERP systems (WinCloud / tablets) for orders and billing
- Monitor billing accuracy, daily sales, and basic cost control in coordination with management
- Coordinate with kitchen and store teams to ensure smooth, seamless operations
- Encourage guests to leave online reviews post-dining; monitor and report feedback to management
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across the dining areas
- Support management with menu promotions, seasonal events, and F&B activations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of restaurant service experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience handling events, group dining, or busy resort restaurant service
- Proven ability to lead a service team and maintain standards under pressure
- Knowledge of inventory control, F&B cost basics, and restaurant operations
- Experience with POS or ERP systems (WinCloud or similar preferred)
- Experience in resorts, hotels, or premium dining restaurants strongly preferred
- Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi (all three mandatory)

Compensation & benefits
Fixed salary: ₹20,000 per month
Accommodation: Staff dormitory at resort (residential role)
Meals: All meals provided
Uniform: Provided
Working pattern
- 6 days a week
- Weekend presence mandatory — peak service days for the restaurant
- Weekly off on a weekday
- Immediate joining preferred
