We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media strategy, content planning, audience engagement, campaign management, analytics, and brand growth. If you understand what works on social media—not just how to post, but how to build engagement and achieve business goals—we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & other relevant platforms
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars and social media campaigns
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand objectives and current trends
- Create and implement strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and conversions
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, video editors, and marketing teams
- Manage and optimize organic and paid social media campaigns
- Monitor account performance and analyze key metrics
- Prepare monthly social media performance reports with actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to improve content performance and audience engagement
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Social media strategy and content planning
- Knowledge of organic & paid social media campaigns
- Social media analytics and performance reporting
- Understanding of current social media trends and algorithms
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously
- What We're Looking For
We need a hands-on Social Media Manager who can independently plan, execute, analyze, and improve social media strategies—not just schedule posts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
