Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Laptop Support Engineer to provide onsite and field technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and basic networking issues. The candidate will visit client locations, troubleshoot hardware/software problems, install systems, and ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop and desktop issues.
- Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, and software.
- Handle hardware replacement such as RAM, SSD, keyboard, battery, motherboard, etc.
- Provide onsite support to clients at different locations.
- Configure printers, scanners, Wi-Fi, and LAN connections.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Windows 10/11 installation and configuration.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to travel for onsite support.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
