Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineering graduates to join our team. The selected candidates will support engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, quality, or production activities while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of mechanical components and systems.
- Support production and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Prepare engineering drawings, technical documentation, and reports.
- Perform inspections and quality checks as per company standards.
- Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Analyze technical issues and support root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned projects.
- Follow safety, quality, and company policies at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar CAD software is an advantage.
- Understanding of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawings, and tolerances.
- Understanding of quality tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
