Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept design through execution.
- Develop innovative design concepts, master plans, and presentation materials.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, construction details, and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, structural engineers, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present design proposals.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Review and approve drawings prepared by junior architects and designers.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design or technical issues.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, BOQs, and resource plans.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
- Mentor junior architects, interior designers, and drafting teams.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for material selection and approvals.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated with architectural trends, construction technologies, materials, and sustainability practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Registered Architect (preferred, where applicable).
- 10 - 15 years of professional experience in architecture, interior design, or design-build projects.
- Proven experience managing residential, commercial, hospitality, or institutional projects.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
